Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VizPro products and services, including our website and Excel add-ins, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our products or services.

2. Product License

VizPro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our products in accordance with the applicable license tier purchased through Microsoft AppSource.

Free Trial: Each product includes a 14-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial period, a valid license is required for continued use.

License Scope: Licenses are per-user or per-organization as specified at the time of purchase. Sharing license keys or circumventing license restrictions is prohibited.

3. Permitted Use

  • Use VizPro products for lawful business and personal purposes
  • Install products in Microsoft Excel as applicable
  • Create and share workbooks containing VizPro add-ins within your organization
  • Use VizPro add-ins in Excel Desktop and Excel Online

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble VizPro products
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our products
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell VizPro products
  • Use products to build a competing product or service

5. Intellectual Property

All VizPro products, including source code, designs, documentation, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of VizPro. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license granted above.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

VizPro products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of VizPro products is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VizPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of VizPro products and destroy any copies in your possession. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of VizPro products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
